On July 10, 2022, Founding Mother Soror Salina Clay saw the need for a sorority that focused on self-awareness and self-improvement through sisterhood and friendship. She declared this day as Founders Day for Zeta Theta Iota Sorority, Inc.
Zeta Theta Iota Sorority, Inc. is a multicultural, non-collegiate sorority that is built on a sisterhood of women who are committed to helping one another achieve self-awareness, self-improvement and community service through lifelong sisterhood and friendship.
Our organization is made up of ladies with diverse backgrounds who share a common goal: to promote the development of positive role models for girls and women of all ages. Zeta Theta Iota is committed to building sisterhood among women who are dedicated to helping themselves and others reach their full potential. While our members might come from different backgrounds, we all share the same values: integrity, respect for self and others, personal growth and service to humanity.
